My wife lost her 2018 Buick Enclave Avenir to the driver who ran a red light and T-boned it. She needed a new car. She wanted a 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir. Her color and feature set wasn't available locally, but the salesman, Saul Valenzuela, found one not too far away that he was willing to have trucked over. He even managed to pass on the really special deals on offer from that dealer to our purchase price with McGrath. Because one of us has limited mobility, some paperwork had to be brought to our house for our signatures. The whole transaction was tailor-made for us. We've bought cars from McGrath before. We appreciate how they can make the transaction smooth.

Everyone was great. Absolutely love this company. They were amazing to work with!!! The service department is very accommodating to all your needs. I came in on a emergency kinda situation with my brakes and they got me all set up. There a was a couple mishaps during the process which one was service didn't know that I approved my car to be fixed and they got me into a loaner vehicle really quickly due to me having to drive back home over an hour away and then the next day I was called and they let me know that there was a miss on the diagnostics with my car and they covered the price and labor of that. Hugo was my service guy. He helped me so much through the whole process and was very considerate of me. He worked super hard to make sure my vehicle was done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They really do work with you to make sure everything is great!!! I will definitely go back and I will buy from them again!!!!

You didn't listen to your customer. You didn't even ask if I wanted my truck washed until the service was ready for pickup. Your staff made assumptions and you know where that gets you- take a guess? And so many things in between. The worst customer service at a dealership I have ever seen for a customer's first oil change on a vehicle we spent over $60,000 on at your dealership. I would like to discuss further before I put together a formal complaint.

The last 2 times I had my car serviced, routine oil change, the rims were damaged. No one can tell me how that happens but damaged. They did pay for them to be repaired but that meant I was without my car for a whole day x 2, very inconvenient. Their prices are very expensive. I won’t be using them for service ever again and I won’t be buying a car from them either, my last 2 cars I purchased new from them.
