Very friendly and helpful! Took a lot of time explaining everything.

We purchased a vehicle from McGrath and within a month two wiring harnesses and the transmission went out. McGrath originally gave us a two week estimated repair time, and the actual repair time was 6 weeks. The vehicle was the way my husband earned his income and we were disappointed at the lack of care some of the McGrath team showed us as we struggled through the holidays making a car payment to a vehicle we didn’t have and additionally lost 6 weeks of income. I was particularly frustrated by the conversation I had in which a staff member repeatedly tried to weaponize her personal feelings about us not acknowledging McGrath’s service to us; while this is personal to us, I expect a level of professionalism from a business we’re interacting with. My husband is a disabled combat veteran, and the repeated unreturned phone calls and misinformation regarding a timeline were difficult for him to navigate and diminished the trust we have in your business.

Everything was explained to me what was done to vehicle.

I had a short list for service & Susan made sure it was completed. Well done!! Jeff & Andy followed with a courtesy fill & we appreciate that.
